I had an amazing stay at this apartment near the old town. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus terminal and close enough to the center. the room was clean, comfortable, and had a spectacular view. the bathroom was well-maintained, and the service provided by the owner was exceptional. They even carried our suitcases up the stairs! I also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a washing machine. it was a great experience.

it's fairly clean apartmet with 1 bedroom just off the bus station, the sea and mountain.

Apartment Kosovic in Dubrovnik was chosen by our director for our recent business trip, and it turned out to be a great choice. The hotel provided towels, which was a convenient and thoughtful touch. It's definitely a plus when a hotel goes the extra mile to anticipate and fulfill their guests' needs. The window in our room offered a fantastic view over the city, creating a delightful atmosphere during our stay.

There was one minor drawback.

Oh, the lovely aroma of sewage in the bathroom was just delightful.

Beautiful scenery, great room decor, spacious shower, helpful host, excellent communication, parking space.

Nothing all good.

The apartment was lovely and clean. The location was superb - just 10 minutes to the Pile gate. We found a mini market and restaurant right down the building. It was great to have a parking space as parking charge is super expensive in the area. The view from the apartment was spectacular - with a sea view that allowed us to see right down into the old town. The owner even carried all our suitcases for us.

Would be happy to recommend.

The apartment at Apartment Kosovic in Dubrovnik was totally awesome! The room had a balcony with a breathtaking sea view, and the air-conditioning was like a lifesaver in the scorching heat. I loved watching the flat-screen satellite TV while relaxing on the comfy sofa. The bathroom with a shower was clean and refreshing.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of one thing. But hey, that's just me.

We had a fantastic stay at a great base in Dubrovnik. Niksa and his brother were incredibly helpful, assisting us with parking our car and carrying our bags up to the apartment. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, providing a stunning window over Dubrovnik and the bay. Being able to leave our car in a safe parking space included in the price was a huge advantage, saving us from expensive public parking charges. Despite the apartment being on the third floor without an elevator, the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere made up for it. we had a lovely experience exploring the old town on foot.
